Hello, I'm Kishan
Product design lead based in Singapore. I work end-to-end — from shaping the problem with teams, through workshops and research, into simple, confident UI that ships.
Over the last 6+ years I've worked across 4 startups and 2 MNCs, shipping 30+ projects across mobile, tablet, and web. Most of my work lives at the intersection of customer-facing product and the operational tooling that makes it run — POS, scheduling, ordering, advertising.
I care about simplifying complexity. Whether that's turning a vague "be delightful" brief into a launchable module, or translating field-staff frustration into three clear features, my job is to find the smallest set of moves that unlock the most value — and then design them so people feel good using them.
Outside of product work, I mentor designers on ADPList and occasionally answer questions on UX StackExchange. Always up for a coffee chat.

ADPListWhat I do
Research
Structured user interviews, field research, and usability testing. I write the scripts, run the sessions, and synthesise into boards the whole team can act on.
Workshops
Facilitated design sprints, HMW sessions, card sorting, Crazy 8s. I cut 5-day sprints into 2-day ones when teams are small and time is tight.
UX & UI design
From low-fi flows to production-ready screens and design systems. Figma + prototype + handoff. Strong opinions on buttons, spacing, and image treatment.
Prototyping
Interactive Figma prototypes used for merchant pitches, usability tests, and engineering handoff. Real enough that I've sold features on them.
Product management
When needed — and in startups, it's often — I wear the PM hat. Roadmap phasing, Linear/JIRA, willingness-to-pay validation with merchants.
Simplifying complexity
Turning a vague brief into a sequenced plan. Impact × effort analysis, card sorting at scale, and a lot of "what's the smallest thing that unlocks this?"
